The care-reciever is often placed in a position where they feel isolated, rejected, faced with the fear of the loss of independence, faced with a growing fear over the loss of health, and faced with the reality of possibly out-living their assets. Understanding and patience is very necessary if the quality of life is to be maintained, and their relationships assist their attitudes of and about life.
