We offer youth group medical insurance plans for a week of camp, retreats, trips, or for the total year-long season. These applications can also be used for renewal. Please note that for annual plans the audit will arrive near your renewal time, with an adjustment  made, plus or minus. This is billed separately from your renewal and is due upon receipt. Please call us if there are questions on this.
