Employee & Volunteer Annual Reviews
Your employees and volunteers should have an annual review with you, reviewing with them how they are meeting organizational expectations. Written review forms must be in writing and kept in the confidential file of the employee or volunteer. Any changes of the organizaiton to their handbook, and procedures should be reviewed with a sign-off, at this time by both employee and volunteer. Your legal counsel should review your procedures and forms before use.
