Rollover safety ratings, published by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, reports the stability factor of many 2004 models. While none of the new models achieved the agency's highest five-star rating, several earned four-star designations.  These included the Chevy Trailblazer 4X4, Chevy Silverado, Ford Focus wagon, Subaru Outback wagon, Toyota Echo, and Volvo XC90  4X4.
